Good hotel with its free wi-fi, seasonal outdoor pool, and 24-hour reception. The staff helped me with sim cards on my first stay, and the atmosphere is always cute. I can't wait to return for Christmas!

Convenient transportation links, unique cultural experiences nearby, large shopping center nearby
The elevators are terribly inefficient!!! Soundproofing is a joke with all the noise from neighboring rooms, and the lack of a kettle in the room is frustrating!!! Please do better on these basics!!!

The room was a decent size and kept very clean, which was nice. The air conditioning worked well too, especially during the heat. However, the soundproofing wasn’t great—could hear everything from the neighboring rooms, which was kinda annoying. Also, we had to pay extra for the kettle and coffee supplies, which felt a bit stingy. Overall, not bad, but some areas could definitely be improved.

The Maya offered a convenient location in Alicante, just a five-minute walk to the city beach. The staff was exceptionally friendly, responsive to needs, and ensured the hotel was kept clean. The hotel amenities, including a bar and pool, were enjoyable and contributed to a relaxing stay. Wi-Fi was accessible throughout the premises, accommodating my business needs effectively.
Rooms lacked soundproofing, leading to disturbances from adjacent rooms.

My stay was really enjoyable with a fantastic breakfast and a clean bar area that felt cozy. I loved chilling by the sun terrace and the outdoor swimming pool during my downtime. The only downside was there wasn’t a kettle in the room, but it didn’t ruin my experience at all. 🌞

More shade at the pool area would be nice.

Recommend it for families seeking comfort
I must say the breakfast was really good, they had everything from eggs to pastries. The pool area was really nice and well kept, perfect for the kids to splash around in.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but let's be honest, it was still acceptable.

The extensive breakfast options included plenty of dairy products, which were a hit. The location is ideal, just a short walk to the beach, with ample outdoor space like a pool and terrace. However, the noise from the road can be bothersome during rush hour, and the sliding windows on the balcony could use improvement. Despite some limitations with the dining options for vegetarians, the efficient tram service nearby is a definite plus.
